Abstract

This white paper attempts to focus on the journey of agile and the challenges faced while transitioning from waterfall to agile. The journey from comfortable to new is never easy and the journey from waterfall to agile is no less bumpy. To give a clear overview of the reasons to adopt Scrum, the theory behind both methods is planned and a comparison is made between Waterfall and Scrum.
